Steve Holmes

Steve Holmes was brought up in Lancashire but has been living in Scotland since 2001. After a short career in the Royal Marines Steve spent three years in the security industry, most notably two of these were in the Middle East providing close protection for US personnel. The UK, Nepal and Switzerland are among Steve's favorite climbing locations; he has visited some nine countries in recent times. A keen rock and winter climber, expedition leader and mountain biker he currently spends his time developing his career through climbmts with an aspiration to becoming a Mountaineering Instructor in the near future.

Qualifications include; Summer ML, Winter ML Trained, SPA Trained, aspirant of the prestigious Mountaineering Instructor Award, Trauma Medic and SIA Level 3 CP.
